Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products — including herbal teas, body care products, soaps, candles, and home cleaning products — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@softlightalchemy.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We cannot process damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery confirmation.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@softlightalchemy.com with your order number and a description of what you received versus what you ordered. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel urgently, email us immediately at hello@softlightalchemy.com — we will do our best to accommodate if your order has not yet shipped.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, we encourage you to contact us — we genuinely want to make your experience right and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
